Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
In the event of severe weather or scheduled vacation, Phantom Racing Chassis will ship all received orders the next business day. During this time, if you need parts or assistance - please contact your local PRC Dealer or Distributor.
- Most US Mail orders placed by 9:00 am EST are shipped the same day
- Most UPS orders placed by 3:00 pm EST are shipped the same day
- Kart orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks
*Note: All orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to state sales tax (7%)
Shipping Address Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete and requires correction or rerouting by the carrier, a $25 charge will be applied to cover the associated fees. Phantom Racing Chassis reserves the right to delay shipment until the correct address is confirmed.
