Refund Policy

At Phantom Racing Chassis, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order is processed accurately and every product meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to determine your eligibility for a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of receipt of the order. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The return must be approved before the item is shipped back.

To request a refund, please contact us at phantomracingchassis@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the request.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Built-to-order chassis or custom components

  • Special-order parts not regularly stocked

  • Opened or used items, including tires, preps, or fluids

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional products


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is due to an error on our part, Phantom Racing Chassis will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation and, if requested, ship the product back at your expense.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund for items that:

  • Show visible scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic damage,

  • Have been opened from their original packaging, or

  • Have been exposed to strong odors, including but not limited to chemicals, fuels, or lubricants.

Partial refunds will be determined at our discretion based on the item’s condition upon inspection.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and wish to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at phantomracingchassis@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping a replacement.


6. Freight & Large Item Returns

For large items shipped via Estes Express or similar freight carriers, special return procedures apply.
Please contact us before returning any freight-delivered item so we can assist in scheduling proper pickup and packaging.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered production or shipment.
Once a built-to-order chassis or special-order component has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
