At Phantom Racing Chassis, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all online orders. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, carriers, timelines, and customer responsibilities.
1. General Shipping Information
We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order:

UPS and USPS are used for all parcel deliveries.

Estes Express is used for all freight shipments, including kart chassis and large items.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Order Processing Times

Most USPS (U.S. Mail) orders placed by 8:00 a.m. EST are shipped the same business day.

Most UPS orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped the same business day.

Kart chassis orders are built to order and typically ship within 3–6 weeks of purchase.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday.
Note: All orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to state sales tax (7%).
In the event of severe weather, holidays, or scheduled vacations, orders will ship the next business day after normal operations resume.

3. Flat Rate & Dimensional Weight
Shipping charges are typically calculated using Flat Rate pricing based on dimensional weight (DIM weight) — a standard carrier method that considers both the size and weight of a package.
This charge is an estimated cost. In most cases, the Flat Rate covers all shipping expenses. However:

If actual shipping costs are lower, we will credit the difference on your invoice.

If actual shipping costs are higher, we will adjust the total before processing payment.
Any adjustments are clearly noted as a “Shipping Cost Discrepancy” on your invoice.
4. Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited delivery (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air), please contact us directly before placing your order.
We will review available options and rates to ensure you receive the fastest possible service.
5. Shipping Address Policy
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly or is incomplete and requires correction or rerouting by the carrier:

A $25 fee will apply to cover associated carrier charges.

Phantom Racing Chassis reserves the right to delay shipment until the correct address is confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Freight Shipments
For large items shipped via Estes Express, customers will receive tracking and delivery details once the order has been dispatched.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect freight shipments upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before signing for the shipment to ensure proper claim processing.
